Only 3% of all Virginia type peanuts qualify to be a Southern Season Peanut. The Extra Large Peanuts that qualify are first water blanched and then blister fried to perfection.
Just a few at a time is enough but they are delicious. Got a can for a gift and liked them so much that I ordered two bigger cans and now that they are gone, it\'s time for another order.
