Returns within 30 days

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items.  They can be returned within 30 days with a receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the product or the product has not been used. Returns with the original purchase receipt will be processed to their original form of payment.  Shipping charges are excluded and unless we made a mistake, we do not provide return shipping.  

Defective Merchandise

If the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect within the time frame of the manufacturer’s warranty, you may return the item for a replacement or merchandise credit only without a receipt, or with a receipt you will get the full amount refunded to you in the original form of payment.
