If you love the taste of soft, fluffy homemade biscuits like Grandma used to cook; you need to try our Buttermilk Biscuit Mix. Your biscuits will bake up light and fluffy every time. All you do is mix with water, knead the dough, put 'em in the oven and bake. Brush on melted butter while still hot out of the oven. I got a bag of this Christmas before last. I finally tried it out last fall. Oh why did I wait?! This stuff is great, easy to make, and quick to bake. You don't even need to make a whole batch. Just estimate how much you want, add enough water to form the dough and you're good to go. I make drop biscuits from this and it is so easy. I added molasses and some spice once for a unique taste and another time I put honey, butter and nuts inside a roll made form this. what a great base! Now I am ordering it for myself. A great little mix to have on the shelf. Much like Bisquick but with a much better flavor.

Love this for convenience sake.
Instead of H2O I add full fat buttermilk for extra depth of flavor. I’ve also added cheddar cheese & chives for a savory flavor. Sometimes I just want to whip up a quick breakfast of bacon, eggs, biscuits & fresh coffee in under 35 minutes. This is a great find. Thanks SS :)
