Biscotteria Vannino looks back on a long history that began in 1932 in the hills of Tuscany. At that time, Mario Vannini, known to his friends as Vannino, founded a small bakery in Calenzano and delivered fresh bread by horse-drawn carriage.
From this small bakery grew a family business, now in its fourth generation. For over 90 years, Vannino has stood for artisanal baking, preserving original recipes while enriching them with fresh ideas.
