It features a cool-touch base with low-profile styling and a 10 1/2- x 16-inch nonstick cooking surface that provides stick-free cooking and easy cleaning. Heavy cast aluminum griddle with built-in backstop ledge provides convenient food handling. The desired cooking temperature is maintained automatically with the Control Master® heat control. Slide-out drip tray removes for quick cleanups. Griddle is fully immersible with the heat control removed.
