Dutch process chocolate is treated to give it a lighter color and milder taste. Forming the basis for much of the chocolate we eat today, it is used in things like ice cream, candy, hot chocolate and many types of baked goods. The Dutch process also makes it easier for chocolate to disperse in milk and other beverages. That’s where coffee comes in. When paired with fine Arabica, the mild, creamy flavor of this chocolate helps create a hot beverage perfect for after dinner or anytime you need a treat. Decaf.
This is, hands down, the BEST decaf coffee I have ever had. It is smooth and dark without being too bitter. The chocolate flavor is subtle, but compliments and enhances the coffee.
