T.O.E: Don't let the cute name fool you, this is serious jam. Tangerine juice and mandarin orange give this jam a citrus pop, while the elderberry gives it a soft luscious finish.

B.E.A.R: We have lots of bears here in North Carolina, and they like to eat everything in this jam. Blackberries, elderberry, apples and raspberries give our jam its name.

F.R.O.G: You're not going to find Kermit in here. You will find luscious figs, ripe raspberries, orange juice and ginger. Those four ingredients are what create the yum! Ribbit.
